Ms Swati Grover
Director & Co - Founder

Ms. Grover is a Geospatial Solutions professional, with over 24 years of work experience spanning the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors in India and internationally. She holds an M.Phil. in GIS & Remote Sensing from the University of Cambridge, UK, and an MS in Geology from the University of Delhi, India. She has worked on a variety of GIS based projects. Currently She is a consultant with JICA based Water Utility project with Delhi Jal Board and served visiting faculty positions in multiple institutes – SPA Delhi, NIDEM New Delhi, IAHE Noida, CDTI Ghaziabad.

In addition, she holds advisory positions for the Wo-Men Geospatial Coterie, and the Disaster Resilient & Research Foundation, India. In 2019, Ms.Grover was honored with the Women Empowerment Leadership Award in Disaster Management for Geospatial Technology Awareness for her contributions. Also, she is Chair Professional Development Committee with Women in GIS (WiGIS) an international, professional, and social advocacy organization a consortium working in geospatial fields facing common professional barriers for those who identify as women and their allies.


Shri A K Sharma
Fire Safety Consultant, Former Director, Delhi Fire Service & Advisor

Experienced life and fire Safety Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration and industry. Skilled in Emergency Planning, Safety Management Systems, Emergency Services, Policy Analysis, and Preparedness. Strong protective services professional graduated from National Fire Service College, Nagpur, with MBA in Disaster Management from Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, India.








Major General Manoj K Bindal
Disaster Management Consultant & Former Executive Director, NIDM

Former Director HR, Amity University Noida. Former Executive Director, NIDM of Home Affairs, Govt. of India with 36 years of experience in strategic assessment & planning, policy development & implementation, advisory services, personnel and project management, investigation, security, risk. Maj. Gen. Bindal has held all echelons of command within an Air Defence Regiment, commanded Air Defence Regiment and Brigade in the Kashmir region against counter insurgency operations. He was General Officer Commanding of a sensitive sub-area in the North East. He has served as the Provost Marshall in the UN Mission in Mozambique. He has been the Director for United Nations Peacekeeping (CUNPK), New Delhi.

He was also the Secretary of the International Association of Peacekeeping Training Centres. Professionally an Emergency Management and a military procurement specialist with strong skillset in conceptualizing public policy & governance operating models in line with changing needs of the organization.


Mrs Nishi Sinha
Disaster Management Expert

Nishi Sinha, an MBA in finance and Human resource comes with nearly ten years of progressive and extensive experience working with core financial institutions. During her first stint, she worked for HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank and an outsourcing (EXL) that provide backend support to the Bank of America in its smooth functioning and received several accolades for her commitment and understanding. However, her interest to work for down trodden, poor and deprived society, especially with the people affected by disaster has charmed her to join Disaster Resilient & Research Foundation (DRRF), where she took a step forward towards her dream.

She has been instrumental in working closely with all the verticals of DRRF and provided support in developing Emergency Evacuation plan for more than 50 schools in National Capital Region (NCR). She also co-facilitated various training session , seminars and workshops along with DRRF.


Shri Rohit Kumar
Fire Safety Expert

Rohit is an instructor with civil defense since 2004. He has done a search and rescue course from Nagpur Civil defense. He has done more than 400 trainings to different schoolteachers, hospitals, and industries, He is an expert with skills of important techniques to save human life in case of emergency.
